Here's a sneak peak of the weekend schedule!
Friday Evening (4/27):

-- RETURNING FIRE -- Culture jammers wage peace inside violent video games.
-- WE’RE NOT BROKE -- Corporate tax dodgers vs. the Occupiers.
-- PEARL and BRIEF REUNION -- Short & feature, both shot in Upper Valley. Filmmakers Dan Butler, Richard Waterhouse; Ben Silberfarb, Jon Daschbach. Beautiful films. One touching; one a spooky thriller.
-- HIPSTERS -- Crazy, comrade, crazy! Soviet jazz kids underground in ‘50s Russia.
-- W.A.R.: !WOMEN ART REVOLUTION -- Stunning 40-year chronicle of feminist art & more.
-- SONS OF TENNESSEE WILLIAMS -- WRJ’s own Matt Bucy shot this doc about the oldest gay Mardi Gras crew in NOLA. (Followed by a live-band dance party. Laissez les bons temps rouler!)
Sunday (4/29):
-- LOCAL FILMMAKERS’ BRUNCH -- Nosh & watch. Bagels & films. New works. Made fresh right here.
-- ATOMIC STATES OF AMERICA -- Living in the nuclear world with (among many others) Vermont Yankee, your neighbor.
-- HASTA LA VISTA -- A trio of young guys hits the road to... yep, get laid. You won’t expect who these dudes are & what they have to offer.
-- FREEDOM & UNITY: THE VERMONT MOVIE -- Sneak preview of a collaborative film about Vermont, instigated by Norwich filmmaker Nora Jacobson, and including the work of more than 40 Vermont filmmakers.
-- WRIF WRAP PARTY -- Our usual festival farewell at the Main St. Museum. A fun finale.
