Pages from Center for Cartoon Studies - Zollikofer Gallery Presents Center for Cartoon Studies

We would like to invite you, your friends, family and supporters to the reception that the Zollikofer Gallery will be holding Tomorrow, May 3rd. We will be presenting, "Pages from Center for Cartoon Studies," a gallery of works from the Center for Cartoon Studies' students, curated by Sasha Steinberg.

The reception will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend, and we hope to see you all there!

Mother's Day Brunch at the Hotel Coolidge

Quechee Balloon Festival

One of the upcoming events that we'd like to keep you in the loop about is the annual Quechee Balloon Festival. Festivities will be starting on Friday, June 14, 2013 at 6:00 PM, and will be continuing 6:00AM-6:00PM Saturday, and ending Sunday at 6:00 PM.

There will be a range of entertainment including continuous bands and a "Kid's Zone" that will have various activities for children. There will be several vendors and craft artisans and a food court.

It's sure to be fun for the whole family again this year, so be sure to get your tickets if you want a magnificent bird's eye view of Vermont!

Annual Dr. Burma and the Squids Benefit Dance and Silent Auction - Tupelo Music Hall

Fundraising for the Red Logan Dental Clinic, Dr. Burma and the Squids are holding their annual benefit dance and silent auction at Tupelo Music Hall on April 19^th. There will be a free West Coast Swing dance workshop, led by Faye Grearson at 8:00 pm, with rock/funk/r&b dance music from two of the best Upper Valley dance bands beginning at 8:30 pm.

White River Indie Films (WRIF) Annual Film Festival

Join White River Indie Films for it's annual three-day festival of feature and documentary films, starting Friday, April 26th.

To give you a sample, one of the films showing is the documentary made by Josh Melrod and Tara Wray titled 'Cartoon College.' The film features a look into the lives of students at the local Cartoon College Studio. The film also includes several interviews from renowned cartoon artists.

You can buy your tickets individually for each film and workshop, or you can buy in advance online and be eligible for a special guest room discount here at the Hotel Coolidge.

Here, There and Everywhere - Zollikofer Gallery Presents Kitty O'Hara

There will be a reception for the Zollikofer Gallery on April 5^th, 5:00-7:00 PM here at the Hotel Coolidge. We will be presenting Kitty O'Hara's magnificent acrylic paintings.

The show dates for Kitty's paintings will be from February 8^th to April 15^th, 2013.
